Afghan or Central Asian tribal hand-knotted wool runner, late 20th century, the narrow ivory central panel woven with a column of linked octagonal and diamond medallions in red, camel, green and black, flanked by angular hooked motifs and enclosed by red borders of repeating geometric devices, finished with fringed ends. Strong, saturated palette and graphic tribal design, suitable as a hallway or accent runner. Approx. 21 in. x 72 in. Overall good condition with even pile, fringes lightly frayed, minor edge wear and typical small irregularities of handwoven production; no major repairs or losses visible.
