2. Bidder's Commitment: By placing a bid, a bidder is committing to purchase the item(s) and this forms a binding contract. Bids cannot be reversed. Winning bidders who default on their purchase may face permanent ban from any auction held by Memento Auctions and legal action.
3. Right to Refuse Bids: The Auction House reserves the right to deny or cancel the registration of any bidder and to reject any bids from any bidder at any time, either before or during the auction.
4. Buyer's Premium: Buyer’s Premium is added to the hammer price of all auction purchases. Payments made by credit card will include a 3% transaction fee.
5. Auction Interruption: The Auction House has the authority to pause, suspend, delay, or restart any auction.
6. Condition of Items: All property is sold "as is, where is." Bidders must evaluate the condition, accuracy, and authenticity of items themselves. No sales will be reversed for any reason. Condition notes are not included in many item descriptions. Photos are provided as a reference, and detailed condition reports are available upon request. By placing a bid, bidders acknowledge they have either inspected the item virtually or in person or waived their right to do so.
7. Payment Deadlines: Purchasers must pay for items by the scheduled pick up days. If payment is not received, the Auction House may resell the items and hold the original buyer responsible for both any difference between the resale price and the original purchase price and any storage fees incurred until the items are paid for and removed by the new buyer. The Auction House is not responsible for any loss or damage to items after five (5) days from the sale date.
