Assorted group of 20th-century European ceramics comprising: a Royal Doulton character jug modelled as a jovial gentleman in tricorn hat, titled to the side “DICK TURPIN,” brightly enamelled in polychrome glazes and marked beneath with printed Royal Doulton lion-and-crown backstamp, “Made in England”; a pair of Meissen porcelain plates with gently lobed rims, each decorated simply with an orange-red line to the rim and inner well and bearing underglaze blue crossed-swords mark; together with two blue jasperware-style pieces, including a small jug and a cylindrical pot with metal cover, each applied in white relief with classical figures and foliate borders, in the manner of Wedgwood.
