Set of three small 19th-century hand-coloured steel engravings, each framed and matted. The first a marine or riverine view inscribed “Painted in 1797 by S. F. Serres, Esq., Marine Painter to His Majesty George III, and engraved by W. Floyd”; the second an architectural view after Thomas Allom, engraved by F. J. Havell; the third a pastoral landscape “painted by W. Linton from a painting in the possession of Benj. Hick of Belton, engraved by Higham.” All three impressions with fine original or early hand colour, now presented in later cream mounts with peach-coloured slips and matching gilt-edged dark wood frames, ready for display.
