A single traditional club armchair in a green velour or velvet-like upholstery, featuring classic rolled arms, an attached back cushion, and serpentine front seat edge. The chair’s front cabriole legs are carved in dark-stained wood with a pad foot, while the rear legs are straight and similarly finished. The form and proportions are consistent with mid-20th-century Queen Anne or Chippendale revival lounge chairs, produced between the 1940s and 1970s, likely by a Canadian, American, or British commercial furniture manufacturer. Upholstery is visibly worn, with soiling, and discoloration—especially on the seat cushion and armrests—but the frame and legs appear structurally intact. Please note that tenant occassionally smoked.
